Are they smarter, more driven, or more skilled than everyone else?

No - there are plenty of smart, driven, and skilled people who are dirt poor.

The secret is this:

They locked in to a specific 4-part model for growth (rather than the latest, greatest tactics), they invested their time and effort into working that model, and now they’re reaping the fruit from it.

My name is Taylor Welch and from 2016 to 2022 I built one of the largest online consulting businesses in the industry. Quick overview of the stats:
  • 4,000+ clients
  • 100,000+ customers
  • 500+ employees
  • ​700,000+ sales calls
Yeah. It was pretty huge.

But there was a problem. It was built on a model that couldn’t last. And it’s the model that 90+% of the industry is still using to this day. A linear model that is designed to grow ONLY when you put more time, money, and effort into it.

There is no real leverage. There is no real “hedge.” It’s a glorified hamster wheel.

Even worse, it’s extremely susceptible to fluctuations in the economy and buying behaviors.

In the Spring of 2022, I walked away from the entire business suite that I had built, and I began to re-imagine the model.

I rebuilt it in a way that made room for the scale that most business owners want, without the high "net stress" that comes with the old model.

The result - a 4-part, exponential growth model focused on stability, predictability, and MARGIN (both in time and finances).

Deploying the frameworks in this model (the same ones I'll be teaching during this Growth Summit), allowed me to start the Wealthy Consultant... and the results were unreal.

I happen to believe that we're already in a recession.

Love it, hate it. Doesn’t really matter.

The data suggests that we’re either hanging on by a thread, or we’ve already crossed the threshold and nobody wants to be the first to say it out loud. 

Liquidity is being sucked out of the market, and it’s making life pretty frustrating for most business owners.

ROAS is down for a lot of people. Attention spans are like 5 seconds. Trust is low, urgency is low. The heat is getting turned up and the water is starting to boil. And that boil is uncomfortable.

Here is the tougher pill to swallow... If you study economics historically, the next 6 to 9 months are going to be just as volatile.

    Will there be replays for this event?

    We value people who show up live and put in the work, because being successful in business means that you show up consistently (even when it’s hard). This will be an interactive and high-engagement event, where we’ll be going hands on with members of the audience as we help you craft your bulletproof business.

    Will I be able to ask questions and get them answered?

    Each session throughout the day will have segments where you can ask questions and get clarity on what you need in order to grow your business using our models.

    Do you guarantee results using your models?

    No. Absolutely not.
