To create cashflow we first must address what cashflow IS! John Wooden, famous basketball coach for UCLA college basketball, was famous for making things simple. Every season, he would take his players into the locker room and make them put their socks on.

Because the way you put on socks determines how long you can go before you get blisters. And if you get blisters in the 4th quarter, you can’t run as fast or jump as high. Long story short, here’s one of the hall of fame coaches, with more championships than almost any other coach in history, starting with the fundamentals.

Simply defined, cashflow is the money leftover after you've paid for everything else.
If you recall the story of my first 3 consulting clients, you’ll realize something shocking: my cashflow was actually $0.

There’s a legal term that you should be aware of called “co-mingling.” This happens when the lines between “business” and “personal” are blurry and not respected. You might not realize it, but any time you co-mingle your funds you put your entire business at risk. And, you put your personal assets & lifestyle at risk. 

LLCs and entities exist to protect you, your assets, and your businesses from suits & legal recourse. Now you should know something that’s VERY IMPORTANT.
